Products

SextingZone can sell credit packs, VIP access and paid profile visibility. The product name, price, currency, duration and billing type shown on the confirmation screen apply to that order.

One-time payments

A one-time product is charged once. It does not renew automatically.

Recurring payments

A recurring product shows its initial price, recurring price, billing interval and billing duration before checkout. Recurring billing requires a separate confirmation. A recurring subscription can be cancelled through the payment processor. Cancellation stops future rebilling and does not automatically reverse charges already processed.

Payment processor

Payment details are collected by the processor shown during checkout. SextingZone stores its own order reference and the transaction, subscription, amount, currency and accounting references needed for access control, support, reversals and record keeping. SextingZone does not store card numbers.

Payment validation

Paid access is added after SextingZone receives and validates the processor confirmation. The product reference, processor price point, currency and billing settings must match the pending order. A mismatch places the order in review and access is not granted automatically.

Refunds and reversals

Contact support with the order reference if you believe a payment was incorrect. Refund rights depend on the product and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds, payment returns, voids and chargebacks can remove the credits or VIP access linked to that order. A reversal with an amount or currency that does not clearly match the original transaction is held for manual review.

Credit debt

If credits from a reversed order have already been spent, the account can show a credit debt. Later purchased credits are applied to that debt first.

Orders under review

An order marked Review has not passed an automatic payment check. Access linked to that order remains unavailable until the payment record has been checked.
