1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into these terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping recovery credentials secure.

3. Profile information

Profile information must be accurate enough to avoid deception. Use photos and usernames you have the right to publish.

4. Contact with other members

Members decide whether to contact each other. Snapchat, Telegram and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Rules

The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.

6. Moderation

SextingZone can review reports, apply automated safety signals, reduce distribution, place profiles on hold, remove content, restrict features or close accounts. Moderation decisions can be appealed where an appeal mechanism is available.

7. Illegal content notices

Illegal content can be reported through Report Illegal Content. Reports must identify the material and explain why it is illegal.

8. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant SextingZone the permissions needed to host, resize, moderate and display that content as part of the service. Removal requests are available at Copyright & Image Removal.

9. Availability

The service can change, pause or end. Features may be added, removed or limited for operational, legal or safety reasons.

10. Liability

SextingZone does not verify every statement made by members and cannot guarantee that a member is genuine, safe or compatible with you. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.

11. Account closure

You can delete your account from My Profile. SextingZone can close accounts for rule violations, fraud, safety risks or legal requirements.

12. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be reflected by the update date on this page. Continued use after a change can be subject to the updated terms where allowed by law.
