Scope

This policy explains the personal data processed by SextingZone when you browse, create a profile, message another member, use an invite link, report content, make a purchase or contact support.

Data we process

Account data: username, optional recovery email, password hash and account timestamps.
Profile data: age, gender, who you are looking for and any optional country, photo, bio, interests or Snapchat and Telegram usernames you provide.
Messages and photos sent through SextingZone, including their sender, recipient, send time and photo review status.
Activity data: profile views, favorites, contact reveals, referrals, recent activity, saved searches and alert preferences.
Safety data: reports, blocks, moderation decisions, risk signals, device hashes, IP-derived security hashes and age-verification status.
Technical data: browser information, cookies, server logs and security events.
Analytics data: Google Analytics through Site Kit and first-party browsing/funnel events. These measurements operate automatically while the cookie banner is disabled.
Operational records: purchases, support tickets, legal notices and service events needed to operate the account.

Sensitive profile information

Some profile fields can reveal information about sex life or sexual orientation. Account creation asks for explicit consent to process this information. Publishing your profile requires a separate choice and explicit consent to public display. You choose which optional fields to provide. Your username is visible to people you message even if your profile is unpublished.

Legal bases

Account and service functions are processed where necessary to provide the service you request. Security, fraud prevention and basic service operation rely on legitimate interests where permitted by law. Sensitive profile data is processed on the basis of explicit consent. Optional return emails and browser alerts are enabled only when you choose them. Google Analytics and first-party browsing analytics operate automatically while the cookie banner is disabled. Legal obligations apply where the law requires processing.

Photos in private conversations

Chat photos are delivered after upload and processing, without waiting for moderator approval. View once is the default. Only the recipient can open it, once, through the chat viewer; the sender cannot reopen it after sending. The opening is used when the server sends the image, so a connection interruption may consume it before it is displayed. Closing the viewer, leaving the page or switching apps ends the viewing. Keep in chat lets both participants reopen the photo. Captions remain in the conversation. Authorised administrators retain access to the compressed photo through separate review tools, including after a view-once opening, and can remove it. Chat photos are not public profile photos and are not added to the public media library.

We resize chat photos to a maximum of 1,600 pixels on their longest side and compress each stored photo to no more than 500 KB. The stored image is re-encoded without embedded metadata, and the original upload is not kept. This does not hide personal details visible within the picture itself.

Messages and photos are not end-to-end encrypted. View once cannot reliably prevent screenshots, screen recordings, capture tools or another camera. A recipient can save or copy what they receive; removing a photo from SextingZone cannot delete copies they have already saved. A keyed hash of the connection used to send a photo supports manual connection blocks; the photo record does not store the raw IP address.

Profile visits and favorites

When you view or save a profile, its owner can see this activity in their private activity overview. If your profile is public and visible to that owner, your public profile name and photo can appear with the visit count and latest visit time. Accounts without an available public profile are shown without a name or profile link. Signed-out visits are grouped by day without showing the visitor’s identity or IP address. These counts do not establish the number of unique people. Refreshes and repeat openings within 30 minutes are grouped as one visit. Earlier records may count only one visit per visitor per day.

You can switch off Show others when I visit their profile during profile creation or under Account in My profile. While signed in, new profile visits then stop being shared or added to the profile-visit history. Your name and profile link are also hidden on earlier visits. Re-enabling sharing applies to new visits; it does not reveal the earlier hidden visits. Your own visitor overview remains available. This setting applies to profile visits, not messages or favorites. Signed-out visits cannot be linked to your account preference.

Analytics choice

The cookie banner is disabled. Configured measurement services and first-party analytics run without a cookie-choice prompt, including when a visitor previously chose Necessary only. Previous choices are retained and apply again if the banner is enabled. See Privacy & data for the current mode. Necessary sign-in and security storage remains active.

Automated safety signals

SextingZone uses risk signals to detect spam, scams, duplicate photos, repeated reports and suspicious account patterns. A high score can temporarily remove a profile from discovery. Moderators can review the result. You can appeal a moderation decision.

Who receives data

Data can be processed by the web host, email provider, security services, Google Analytics when active, age-verification provider and payment provider when those services are enabled. Data can also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Transfer safeguards required by applicable data-protection law are used where necessary.

Retention

Profile and account data: while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised when the account is deleted, subject to legal and safety retention needs.
Chat photos, including opened view-once photos: until a moderator removes the photo or either participant’s account is deleted. Account suspension does not delete these photos.
Manually applied connection blocks: until an administrator removes the block, including after account deletion.
Security and moderation records: generally up to 24 months where needed for abuse prevention, disputes or legal claims.
Technical server logs: generally up to 90 days unless a security incident requires longer retention.
Referral cookie: up to 30 days.
Campaign attribution and landing-test cookies: when analytics is active, normally up to 30 days.
First-party business analytics events: normally up to the configured analytics retention period.
Saved searches and alert preferences: while the account remains active or until you remove them.
Retention-email delivery records: generally up to 90 days for frequency control and troubleshooting.
Payment records can be kept where required for accounting, disputes, refunds and fraud prevention.

Your rights and data copy

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You can unpublish your profile from My Profile to stop public display. You can delete your account or contact us to withdraw consent to processing your sensitive profile information.

Signed-in members can download an account data copy from Privacy & data. You can also send privacy requests to contact@sextingzone.com. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority in your country.

Optional alerts

You can enable or disable return emails and browser alerts from the Alerts page. Retention emails include a direct unsubscribe link. Email subjects are kept general and the service limits how frequently these messages can be sent.

Account deletion

Use Delete account on My Profile to close your account.

Changes

The update date at the top of this page changes when this policy is materially revised.
